What is your training split and how does it compare off-season to prep?
Pranav: "My routine primarily begins with chest and triceps, coupled with two leg days, a focus on weaker areas, and a well-deserved rest day."
Volume vs. intensity! Which one do you prefer?
Pranav: "I favor intensity, especially during prep. If heavy lifting becomes challenging, I shift focus to higher volume, maintaining concentrated effort."
To squat or not? Do you think squats are essential, and if so, why?
Pranav: "Squats are a cornerstone, although not always in a conventional sense. Variations like hack squats or pendulum squats inject diversity and efficacy into my routine."
Compounds vs. isolation exercises. Do you start with compounds or pre-exhaust first?
Pranav: "My regimen usually begins with compounds, leveraging their comprehensive impact, followed by isolations to refine and exhaust specific muscles."

Favorite exercise?
Pranav: "Pendulum squats hold a special place in my routine, offering a unique challenge and exceptional results."
Favorite exercise intensifier/finisher?
Pranav: "I always conclude by isolating the muscles I've just trained, intensifying the effort and leaving no stone unturned in that specific area."
